This April we are very excited to be participating in the inaugural Mudgee Region Food and Drink Trail!
Over the weekend of April 16th and 17th follow the trail around Mudgee and find the perfect food and drink pairing!
We think you will love what we will be cooking up….
Locally produced pork and fennel chipolatas will be topped with home-made Sicilian style Capunata full of flavour from eggplant, tomatoes and green olives all served on a crusty roll.
Enjoy with a glass of Skimstone Sangiovese 2011 or a fresh pomegranate cordial whilst taking in the the unspoiled view.

Perfect snack for brunch, lunch or the afternoon… we are open from 10 am - 4 pm Saturday and Sunday.
