Our 2017 Sangiovese Rose has been made in our new style - fresh, bright and savoury.  Strawberry, rhubarb, oregano and pink peppercorn are seductively aromatic with the palate being soft up front, a zesty acidity and finishing with chewy tannins.  The 'amico perfetto' for chargrilled pork and fennel sausages or honey panna cotta.  This is a wine that says, 'it's time to relax and be happy'.
