Working with a truly superb vintage of our hand-picked Sangiovese grapes, Skimstone’s Josh Clementson succeeded in making an exceptional dry rosé with low residual sugar, balanced acidity and a lovely long dry finish.

This wine rewards the nose first,
with a heady, almost ethereal bouquet;
and then the palate – with flavours
of gooseberry, cranberry, cherry
and soft tannins.
Enjoy this wine on its own or with a
summer lunch – we’re thinking maybe
a potted trout with preserved limes.
